In a Halloween event that is sure to please young and old, the Tewksbury Historical Society is hosting a Tag Sale this Saturday, October 31 from 8am to 4pm in their Oldwick Carriage House located at 5 James Street in this charming village. Children are welcome to trick or treat, and adults may find a treasure or two at this fundraiser.
The tag sale will be held rain or shine, and refreshments–including candy–will be available. The Tewksbury Historical Society was established in 1989; its mission is to further research into and the preservation and dissemination of the history of Tewksbury Township.
Stop by Turpin’s Oldwick Office after the Tag Sale; we are located just a block away from the historical society’s Carriage House. This year, our historic location at 4 Joliet Street celebrated 25 years in business at this classic Federal Colonial constructed in the 1800s. An outstanding example of Early American architecture, it is listed on the both the National and State Registers of Historic Places. Turpin is a wonderful local resource for buyers and sellers interested in antique homes for sale, real estate in Oldwick and a wide variety of luxury homes for sale in Hunterdon County.
